Dr. Ashwini Kumar Agarwal is the first blind person to complete Master in Business Economics from Delhi University, Certified Associate of Indian Institute of Bankers. He topped his class in Diploma in Bank Management from Mumbai and is a pioneer in the introduction of Computers for persons with vision impairment in the banking Industry. In 2021, Dr. Ashwini Kumar Agarwal has been promoted to Assistant General Manager to lead the project and utilise the skills of persons with disabilities.

Ms. K Lakshmi Priya IAS (Karnataka 2015) was appointed as Assistant Secretary, Ministry of Environment, Forest and Climate change for a period of three months between July 3, 2017 and September 29, 2017, after completing phase-II training at Lal Bahadur Shastri National Academy of Administration (LBSNAA), Mussoorie. Presently she is the director of Abdul Nazir Sab State Institute Of Rural Development Panchayat Raj (ANSSIRDPR)

Percy is a postgraduate in psychology with a degree in teaching. She is based with Sangath, a not- for-profit mental health organisation headquartered in Goa. With more than two decades of experience in child development, adolescent health and education, she has delivered counselling services to children, adolescents and parents. She has coordinated several projects in Sangath, which focused on the development of young children, delays in development and emotional health challenges young people face.

She has developed interventions for key stakeholders in the community – teachers & heads of schools, special educators, psychologists, officials of the Smamgra Shiksha, and Anganwadi workers, among others. With specific expertise in developing interventions for improving environments in public educational institutions and other settings, she currently leads Sangath’s work in inclusion across the lifespan. The interventions are now being implemented in schools in Ayodhya and Udaipur.

Over the last 25 years, she has trained and supervised lay counsellors and teachers in schools across the country (Goa, Rajasthan, Assam, Bihar, Madhya Pradesh, Orissa and Uttar Pradesh). Ayodhya and Udaipur.

Prashanth M N is working for the Department of Rural Development and Panchayat Raj, Government of Karnataka since 2013. Presently serving as "Faculty Decentralization and Panchayat Raj" at Abdul Nazir Sab State Institute for Rural Development and Panchayat Raj. She worked as Panchayat Development Officer, from 2013 to 23-11-2022. He was visiting facutly for Administrative Training Institute on "Rights of Persons with Disabilities." He is Founder member of the Karnataka State Government Employees Association of the Blind.(Recognized by Government of Karnataka)

Designed and executed program ‘Inclusion of employees with disabilities in PSU & Government departments’ which directly impacted in better inclusion of more than 2800 employees with disabilities in twelve different organizations. Travelled more than 3 lakh kilometres in 22 states across India to prove models of Inclusion.

Vijay Dube is Executive Director of Punjab National Bank (PNB) and has assumed charge w.e.f. 01st April, 2020. Prior to this, he was Executive Director of erstwhile Oriental Bank of Commerce from 01st November 2018 to 31st March 2020.

Dube is Masters in Business Administration from Faculty of Management Studies, University of Delhi (FMS, Delhi) and Post-Graduate in Statistics from Lucknow University. He is a Certified Member of Indian Institute of Banking & Finance (IIBF). He holds professional certification in Limited Insolvency Examination from Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI).

Dube has more than 35 years of widespread experience across Banks/ FI(s) namely, Oriental Bank of Commerce, Vijaya Bank, Punjab National Bank, State Bank of Mysore, IFCI and Oriental Insurance Company Limited, in varied roles of leadership, administrative, advisory and field level.

Vijay Dube occupies the position of Director & Chairman-Governing Board at National Institute of Banking Studies & Corporate Management. Mr. Dube is also on the board of Punjab National Bank and Member of Indian Institute of Banking & Finance.

Dube previously was Chief Vigilance Officer at IFCI Ltd. and Chief Vigilance Officer at State Bank of Mysore. He received a graduate degree from the University of Lucknow and an MBA from Faculty of Management Studies.
